In support of England Netball's Couch to Court campaign this January Pewsey Netball Club are offering all new members two free sessions starting Wednesday 8th January. We are a friendly and sociable club with a mix of ages (16+) and abilities who are always looking for new members.

Saturday 7th December was the Pewsey Vale Rugby Ball. We had one table of netball ladies but many more were there too. A great night was had by all with a few of us feeling slightly worse for wear on Sunday! We're really looking forward to hosting our own ball on Saturday June 20th now, the planning has started already. More information to come in the new year. 

Weds 11th December was our annual Christmas Tournament. We had an amazing turn out with 4 teams made up of all Pewsey players competing in a round robin versatility tournament. We started the night with an obstacle race warm up. All teams then played each other. We finished off the evening with minced pies, mulled wine and hot chocolate but not before announcing the fancy dress winners. As always the fancy dress was very well contested but there could be only one winner...Jodie!! Closely followed by Sarah and Nicole. 

You may have seen England Netball announced their new campaign 'Couch to Court' this week which will start in January. It aims to remove some of the barriers stopping women from playing netball and encourage them to stay playing. 

We're supporting this campaign and as always welcome new players of any ability. More information will come after Christmas, link below for more information.
